The cultural theme is compounded by the nightly performances of local dancers and bands, while the hotel's three atmospheric restaurants celebrate the island's culinary heritage with a mixture of local and international dishes. The main restaurant - La Belle Creole, offers a variety of international cuisines with a hint of Mauritian spice with views overlooking the cove and lagoon. For a more intimate setting, La Cocoteraie offers an exquisite seafood menu and is built along the coves shoreline. The third restaurant - Bikini Beach Bar & Restaurant, specialises in local dishes and fantastic cocktails, opened throughout the afternoon it is nestled on the beach and welcomes a more dressed down attire!
